Tullibody Bypass

The work comprised the construction of approximately 1,000 metres of carriageway to the north of Tullibody linking Dumyat View Roundabout and Muirside Roundabout (previously built by Marshall Construction).
The road was built primarily on a green field site and involved the importation of major quantities of fill material. The surfacing work on the project was carried out by Bardon Contracting.
As the contract work had a major impact on traffic and pedestrians, Marshall Construction liaised with councillors and arranged site visits for residents, children and teachers from the local school to discuss traffic management measures.
