Project - New offices at The Pavilions, Alloa

The 40-week design and build contract for 20,000sq ft of flexible office space at the Pavilions in Alloa was completed in April 2007.
The client was a joint venture between Clackmannanshire Council Business Parks Ltd and Teesland iog, part of the Scarborough Group.
The speculative units can be partitioned, to meet tenant's requirements, to provide one or two office units on each of the two floors.
The works included a high specification entrance and service core with open plan office units provided with raised floor access for an extensive IT installation.
