New Design & Build Contract comprising 4 retail units totalling 50,000 sq ft together with 207 car park spaces. The largest 25,000 sq ft unit has been let to Focus and Argos have also let a unit on this site. Structural steelwork was carried out by Rippin Structural Building Systems and roof and wall cladding by Price Roofing Ltd. The Mechanical & Electrical contractor was Cox & Gill.
