Project - Lomond Court, Alloa for Paragon Housing Association

An “eco living” project was carried out by Marshall Construction in the Mar Estate, Alloa to refurbish residential properties.

The partnership project, with input from Paragon Housing Association, Clackmannanshire Council and Communities Scotland involved the rehabilitation of derelict properties in Lomond Court, Alloa using environmentally friendly features and technology.

The work included rain water harvesting systems, wind turbines, solar roof panels, NBT (Natural Building Technologies) insulation and energy efficient gas central heating boilers.
