Carrying out the project at United Central Bakeries in Bathgate was a piece of cake for our men. We completely refurbished two bays which had been damaged in a fire.
One bay had to be restored from the existing walls, the other from the floor up and required new steel work, floor and wall cladding.
One of the challenges was co-ordinating the installation of the bakery's machinery which can weigh up to 14 tons.
