The Design & Build contract to build a 60 bed Nursing Home was awarded to Marshall Construction further to the successful completion of a 55 bed Nursing Home for the same client in Kincardine.
The 3,500 sq m building was constructed over various levels although the final building is on two storeys. The site required careful negotiation of plant and machinery working around some mature trees, which add to the attractiveness of this peaceful location.
