Twenty four luxury environmentally friendly homes are being constructed at Faulds Green, Devon Village near Tillicoultry. Phase One began in April and work on the remaining phases of the development will be carried out over 2-3 years.
There are three different styles all of which boast four bedrooms. The master bedroom and one other have en suite facilities. There is also a large family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. The properties all have solar powered/gas fired LPHW central heating with wall mounted radiators (underfloor heating downstairs is an optional extra). All the houses are south facing and capture the warmth of the sun most of the day. The roof windows are thermostatically controlled and when the heat reaches an optimum temperature they will automatically open to maintain an even temperature.
