The fifth and final phase of the rolling 5-year partnership agreement between Marshall Construction and Ochil View Housing Association to refurbish a total of 560 houses in Tullibody is now underway. The work has involved new central heating installations, re-wiring, installing new kitchens, fitting new internal and external doors and the application of a full insulated render system.
The innovative partnership with the housing association was initially designed not only to deliver increased cost effectiveness but also to create benefit to the local community through training and employment opportunities.
