Project - Refurbishment of 95 houses in Perth (Partnership Project)

Further to the recent upgrading of nearly 100 council houses in Perth, there has been notably high tenant satisfaction reported to Perth & Kinross Council. The 'top-to-toe make-over' of the houses and flats in and around Stanley Crescent and Dunkeld Road has seen Marshall Construction creating larger bathroom/shower areas, supplying and installing new kitchen fitments, installing new central heating systems, renewing doors, rewiring, decorating, adding insulation to external walls, as well as installing new door entry systems to most of the flats. The contract has been carried out under the terms of a partnership agreement between Marshall Construction and the local authority, commencing with a series of workshops to agree aspects including the design brief, costing and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project.
