Marshall Construction does the Hat-Trick…… with Home Bargains!!

home-bargains-logo (1)Marshall Construction has been awarded a £1.4m contract for the shell construction of a new Home Bargains store at Falkirk for T J Morris Ltd.

This is the third project in a row that Marshall Construction have competitively tendered (Kilsyth, Larkhall and now Falkirk).  The works consist of the removal of existing ground to make way for a new substructure, slab and steel frame, together with steel cladding/roofing. External works included a new car park and associated landscaping/fencing and the provision of necessary services.

Graham McRoberts, Senior Estimator said: “We are very excited about having secured our third project in quick succession for Home Bargains.  We have a team with a good blend of experience in working and delivering this type of project which has helped us price and win these contracts”.
