Marshall Construction signs Whitbread Contractor Framework

premier_inn_1Marshall Construction has recently signed a National Framework Agreement with Whitbread Plc, who also own Premier Inn which is an award-winning hotel brand and the UK’s largest budget hotel operator, with over 700 hotels and over 60,000 rooms across the UK and Ireland.

As new kids on the block, Marshall Construction has been allocated three new Premier Inn extension projects, Cambuslang, Stepps & East Kilbride.  Stephen Walker, Contracts Manager commented:  “The sheer scale and volume of work required by this Framework, meant that a dedicated Contract Management team was formed to ensure that each project is delivered to the agreed standard and programme of the client
