The works consisted of the construction of two new buildings (office and workshop).
Phase 1 was a new two storey office building comprising piled foundations with concrete ground beams, concrete ground floor structure, steel frame, precast concrete upper floor structure, metal clad roof and brick clad walls with SFS inner leaf. Fit out of the Office Building including all services installations was undertaken to a finish ready for immediate occupation upon completion.
Phase 2 was a new vehicle maintenance workshop with mezzanine area comprising piled foundations, concrete ground floor structure, steel frame, precast concrete mezzanine floor. Fit out of the Workshop area and Ground Floor ancillary accommodation to the building including all services installations, was undertaken to a finish ready for immediate occupation upon completion.
