Marshall Construction was appointed as Main Contractor for the construction of 6 new Maturation Warehouses adjacent to the existing Chivas Brothers Limited’s Balgray warehouse complex near Beith in Ayrshire.
The units were delivered as a single, double and triple and handed over sequentially upon completion. This allowed the Chivas Brothers to utilise the earlier facilities whilst the latter ones were still in construction.
Security and segregation of the operating construction site was paramount in our delivery. The ongoing operations of Chivas Brothers was maintained without disruption.
The nature of these facilities requires focus on the environmental, safety and legislative requirements. Our team worked closely with the Client’s consultant team to ensure that the exacting standards demanded by Chivas Brothers were delivered.
