Marshall Construction was appointed as Main Contractor for a three storey extension to Doubltree Hilton
This extension to the existing hotel to provide 33 new en-suite rooms with associated corridors and staircases.
Utilising traditional construction to match the existing, the extension comprised concrete foundations, timber kit, brickwork walls, timber roof trusses and a tiled pitched roof.
All of the existing hotel systems including M&E, fire alarms, security comms were all connected our of hours.
The Hotel’s operations continued uninterrupted throughout the construction works.
