This Design & Build development in Association with Ochil View Housing Association is an excellent example of sustainable construction using high levels of recycled materials . The site once the location of the local primary school retained the existing perimeter walling and stone pillars at the entrance to the site. The original natural stone used in the school was cleaned and reused as prominent features in the development including entrances, gable walls and the boundary wall.


