Ann Street, Tillicoultry

This new affordable housing development was constructed on a brown field site in the town of Tillicoultry in Clackmannanshire. The site formed the original Community Centre which was demolished in 2014. Previously it had been the site of Tillicoultry Primary School. It provided 21 houses for the Social Housing Sector and were a mixture of one & two bedroom flats and detached houses consisting of one and two stories.


