The reconstruction of a previous flatted development that had been destroyed by fire while under construction, this project provided 82, one and two bedroom flats. Marshall Construction was the Main Contractor and Principal Contractor for the entire development. The project was a design and build project and Marshall Construction had design responsibility via a novated design team.


