Cochrane Hall, Alva – Alterations to existing hall

Refurbishment and improvements to the listed building. Work included the renovation of existing kitchen, bar and toilets. Replacement of existing timber windows. Renovation to timber Portico including columns, beams and associated timbers. Render, roof and external finish repairs.


