Kilncraigs Mill & Paton’s School, Alloa

This project was the refurbishment of the existing A listed 1936 dispatch warehouse to provide five floors of office accommodation, new toilet cores at each level, a new staircase, new lift installation, fabric repairs and alterations and a new main entrance combining the refurbished section with the existing occupied section of the building. The work in the adjacent B listed Paton’s School involved the complete renovation of the derelict former school and factory shop to form a new council chamber and offices.


