Design & Build contract was for a residential & commercial development on a town centre site, formerly occupied by Linen Damask Factory warehouse complex dating back to the 1800s. We constructed 37no flats with commercial areas below at street level. Parts of the existing façade were retained as part of the development.
Construction was timber frame, sitting on a single or two storey steel frame. External walls are a mixture of facing brick and standing seam zinc cladding, with single ply membrane roofing.”


