“Construction of two four-cell bonded warehouses along with associated roads and services. Advance works were carried out under a separate contract to create the new working platforms from the existing contours of the hillside. This work included new drainage courses and SUDS provision.
The main works consisted of foundations and sub-structure, steel frame and fire protection, external walls, windows and external doors, roof finishes, internal partitions and doors, finishes, fittings, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, external works and surface water management.”
