This contract was for the infrastructure, plot and outer skin works associated with 48 volumetric housing units.
This innovative project delivered the first Scottish Gold Standard affordable houses. The houses were delivered as complete units, fully kitted out with windows and doors, with the kitchen and
the bathroom fully installed and were even painted internally.

Marshall Construction were responsible for the foundations, infrastructure and the outer skin and roof of the buildings.
