Sinclair Street, Dundee

Initially, project comprised of the construction of 32 new build houses for social rent and all associated works. In March 2015 this work had ceased, unfortunately due to principal contractor liquidation, the project ceased at varying levels of completion, mostly half of first fix stage. Marshall Construction took the building to completion.


